Q: What are my delivery options?
A: Select a product based on if you will be utilizing our direct mail or bulk shipping services. Please allow for 24-48 hours processing time. For business cards, please allow 48-72 hours processing time.
Direct Mail: When you upload your own mailing list, or purchase one through the store, you may choose USPS Standard mail (5-15 business days) or upgrade to First-class mail (2-3 business days).
Bulk Ship: We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders! If you need it faster, choose from flat rate options for 2-day or Standard Overnight, regardless of order quantity! FedEx Priority Overnight is also available with the price based on order size and weight.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Select a product group, then select the design or product to best suit your order. Then customize the document and upload or purchase a recipient list. Finally, approve the proof and proceed to checkout.
Q: How do I upload a mailing list?
A: After you choose your design or program, add your contact information and message, you can upload your mailing list. You will then be prompted to map your fields.
Q: I was logged out, did I lose my customization?
A : No, you most likely did not lose the order you were working on. Your uncompleted orders are saved in the "Drafts" menu item.
Q: Can I edit or download a mailing list I used in the past?
A : Yes, your past lists are saved in the "My Account" menu under "Recipient Lists".
Q: How do I see what orders I placed in the past?
A : All your order history is saved in the "My Account" menu under "Order History".
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A : In your "Order History", click on the Order Number. There will be a column showing your order status.
